R & P, AR15, 2 Stage, Competition Triggers, are available in the three styles pictured above. The Slight Curve and Straight triggers are the more conventional styles. The Double Hook insures fingertip position and trigger pull repeatability. No matter which one you choose you can be sure our quality will meet the most rigorous standards. Our Trigger, Hammer, Disconnector, and Bushings are machined from billet A2 tool steel. We heat treat and Wire EDM the seer surfaces for precision form, fit, and finish. The parts are then Nickel Teflon Plated for lubricity, while maintaining protection from corrosion. The Trigger and Hammer Pins are machined from alloy steel, heat treated, centerless ground and a black oxide finish is applied for corrosion resistance.

R & P triggers are assembled then cycled over 600 times, simulating firing the rifle. When you get an R & P trigger, you won’t have to break it in. The seer surfaces are burnished as a matched set. We have tested our triggers for over 20,000 cycles with virtually no noticeable decay in the way the trigger breaks. This ensures the break your trigger has at the time of purchase will be the same for a long time to come.
